Exhibition Hall Transportation

The National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) (NECC) is located in the core area of the Hongqiao Business District in Shanghai. The East Xujing Station of Metro Line 2 is adjacent to the west entrance of the venue, and Exits 4, 5, and 6 lead directly there. In addition, the Hongqiao Transportation Hub (comprising Hongqiao Airport and Hongqiao Railway Station) is approximately 2 kilometers away from the venue. Metro Line 2, Metro Line 10, Metro Line 17, the Maglev train (connecting to Pudong East Airport), various bus lines, taxis, and ride-hailing services all converge here, making transportation extremely convenient. The following is a detailed guide to various transportation methods to help you plan your travel route and reach the venue smoothly.

To National Exhibition and Convention Center Exit 4/5, a 3-minute walk to the West Entrance Hall (on-site signage will be available).

1. From Pudong International Airport (PVG)

• Metro: Take Line 2 (towards East Xujing). It takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes to reach East Xujing Station. Use Exits 4, 5, or 6 to walk to the West Entrance Hall.
• Taxi: If you have heavy luggage or are in a hurry, a taxi covers about 60km. It takes 70–90 minutes and costs approximately 250 RMB (subject to traffic).

2. From Hongqiao International Airport (SHA)

• Metro: From Terminal 2, take Line 2 (towards East Xujing). It’s only 1 stop (5 mins) to East Xujing Station. From Terminal 1, take Line 10 to Hongqiao Railway Station, then transfer to Line 2.
• Taxi: About 6km, 10 minutes, and costs around 20 RMB.

3. From Hongqiao Railway Station

• Metro: Take Line 2 (towards East Xujing). It is only 1 stop (5 mins) to East Xujing Station. Walk directly to the West Entrance Hall after exiting.
• Taxi: About 6km, 10 minutes, and costs around 20 RMB.

4. From Shanghai Railway Station

• Metro: Take Line 1 (towards Fujin Road) to People's Square, then transfer to Line 2 (towards East Xujing) for 12 stops. Total time: 50–60 mins. Alternatively, take Line 3 or 4 to Zhongshan Park and transfer to Line 2.
• Taxi: About 25km, 35 minutes, and costs around 80 RMB.

5. From Shanghai South Railway Station

• Metro: Take Line 3 (towards North Jiangyang Road) to Zhongshan Park, then transfer to Line 2 (towards East Xujing). Total time: 50–60 mins.
• Taxi: About 23km, 30 minutes, and costs around 70 RMB.

1. Driving to North Hall (North Entrance)

• Location: North of the venue, near Songze Avenue and North Plaza. Navigate to "NECC Gate 10" or "North Plaza Parking".
• Route: Exit Songze Avenue at Panlong Road, enter Zhuguang Road via Longlian Road to reach Gate 10.
• Parking: Large parking lot at North Plaza (~3,000 spaces). Walk directly to the North Entrance Hall (Level 0) after parking.

2. Ride-Hailing to North Hall (North Entrance)

• Drop-off: Navigate to "NECC Gate 10" or "Songze Avenue Drop-off Point". Vehicles enter via Zhuguang Road West Entrance (Gate 20) to the dedicated "Drop-off and Go" lane.
• Entry: Walk to the North Entrance Hall (Level 0) after getting off.

3. Driving to West Hall (West Entrance)

• Location: West of the venue, near Zhuguang Road and Yinggang East Road. Navigate to "NECC West Gate" or "P1/P2/P3 Parking".
• Route: Via Yan'an Elevated Road or Outer Ring Road, transition to Jiamin Elevated Road, then to Yinggang East Road and Zhuguang Road.
• Parking: P1, P2, or P3 lots on Zhuguang Road. Use the pedestrian bridge over Zhuguang Road to reach the West Entrance Hall (Level 8m).

4. Ride-Hailing to West Hall (West Entrance)

• Drop-off: Navigate to "NECC Gate 14" or "P1/P6 Drop-off Point". Due to traffic control, use designated drop-off areas at P1, P6, P8, or P15 lots.
• Entry: From P1, use the Zhuguang Road pedestrian bridge. From P6/P8, use the pedestrian bridge over Laigang Road to enter.
